Cancellation Policy: is a membership site – there are many products and services on the site including seminars and training programs that have fees or charges associated with them. It is assumed that our members, and individuals new to the site, who buy or pay for these services are fully aware of what they are buying/purchasing and that they have read all documentation (product descriptions, advertising, privacy statement, terms of use and other documentation before making the purchase.) regarding the product, service, membership and you have made the choice to join.

There are no refunds whatsoever for memberships once activity on the site has been established after the purchase of that membership. So there is no misunderstanding, you can not  access the site, read the data and ask for a refund!

If you purchase a products or book from our bookstore or if you are purchasing using Amazon – you will adhere to the Amazon policy. If you are purchasing directly from our site and the item or product have been determined to be defective or damaged can be returned to us for a full refund within 15 days after the sale you must contact one of our sales representatives (via email or documented phone call).
